Returns & Exchanges

We understand sometimes something isn't quite right with your order. 

Refund Policy:

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@littleconnections.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

You are responsible for the cost of standard postage to return your item, except where the item is damaged or faulty.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We offer exchanges for your product within 14 days, so here's what you need to know and do:

Please ensure your product is in its fabulous new-and-unused condition with all packaging and tags still in place. It needs to be unused, unworn and unwashed. 
    Please ensure you're actioning this process within 14 days from purchase (exchanges are valid within 14 days only). 
      Notify us on the hello@littleconnections.com.au with the product code of any new product you'd like in exchange to the same value or more. 
        We'll issue you with a personal returns ID and shipping address. 
          Ship your item to the address provided by us, with the code marked on the front packaging.

          Issues with order:

          Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
